Chairman: Majd Chourbji
Majd Chourbaji is a Syrian business woman, holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and International Relations from Anglia Ruskin University.
She has worked in entrepreneurship and project development for over fifteen years, alongside investments in education, arts, and culture. She was awarded the U.S. Department of State's International Women of Courage Award in 2015, and the Oxfam Washington Award in 2016.
Chourbaj developed and managed a chain of restaurants and tourism projects in Qatar, Turkey, and Canada, and launched a food company in Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Radwan Ziadeh
Radwan Ziadeh is a Syrian researcher and academic specializing in political science, democracy, human rights, and transitional justice.
He was born in Daraya, in the Damascus countryside, in 1976. He studied dentistry at Damascus University, but turned early on to research, human rights work, and political activism instead of practicing dentistry.
Academically, he holds a master's degree in democracy and governance from Georgetown University and a doctorate in conflict analysis and resolution from Nova Southeastern University in Florida.
His biography also mentions that he holds an MBA from William & Mary. He has worked as a researcher and visiting fellow at several institutions and universities, including Harvard, Columbia, Georgetown, George Washington University, Chatham House, and the United States Institute of Peace.

Mr. Khaled Al-Touami
Mr. Khaled Al-Tuhami, is the General Manager of Alia Al-Madina Trading Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He has experience in the trade and business management sector, and a professional career in the Saudi market that included working with Al-Habib Trading Company, in addition to other experiences in the commercial and administrative field.

Mr. Bashar Abu Zrar
Senior Consultant with over 30 years of experience in Syria, specializing in legal, investment, and government relations consulting.
He possesses extensive experience in structuring and supporting large-scale projects, particularly in the energy and real estate sectors.
He also has a deep understanding of the legal, regulatory, and institutional environment in Syria, enabling him to provide support and guidance to investors at various project stages, including deal structuring, obtaining approvals, managing negotiations, and monitoring project implementation.

Mr. Kassem Kiendrebeogo
An entrepreneur and humanitarian leader from Burkina Faso, he holds several leadership positions in innovation, investment, and development, most notably as the General Manager of Sahal Tech Innovation Labs, Chairman of the Board of the Amir Group, and a board member of Anas Gold, Anadolu Pasta Factory, and Belle Türkiye Food Brand.
He is also the founder of the humanitarian organization ENSAN AÏD, which works to support youth and women and promote innovation, education, and development partnerships, with the aim of contributing to building strong institutions and achieving sustainable development in Africa.

Mr. Alyaman Al-Khair
Al-Yaman Al-Khair is a financial executive with extensive experience in multinational companies in Australia, the UAE, and Syria. He holds a Master of Commerce in Professional Accounting from Federation University Australia, as well as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation and a certificate in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Throughout his career, he has held senior financial leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where he was responsible for financial strategy, reporting, corporate governance, budgeting, risk management, and business performance monitoring within diverse international environments.
His advanced accounting expertise, strategic financial leadership, and international corporate experience enable him to provide significant value to the Board of Directors, particularly in the areas of financial governance, strategic planning, risk management, and corporate performance evaluation and improvement.
