Mohammad Waseem Al-Muwahed is the Managing Director and CEO of Glory Holding Group. He works in executive management, business development, investment, and building strategic partnerships, with operations spanning Syria, Turkey, and Qatar.
He participates in studying and developing a number of projects and investment opportunities across diverse sectors, including real estate, hospitality, retail, franchising, sports and services, and investment and financing projects. He also liaises and negotiates with companies, brands, and investors to establish new partnerships and projects.
His work focuses on evaluating investment opportunities, developing business models, conducting business negotiations, monitoring financial and operational feasibility, and building relationships with local and international investors and partners.
In addition to his executive role, he hosts the "Capital" podcast on the Dafin platform, where he interviews business leaders, economists, experts, and public figures to discuss issues related to the Syrian economy, investment, entrepreneurship, management, and developing the business environment.
His professional focus is on transforming opportunities and ideas into viable projects, linking capital with investment opportunities, and building long-term partnerships that contribute to business development and create sustainable economic value.
Abdul Wahab Kabtul – CFO
Abdul Wahab Kabtul is an accountant specializing in accounting and financial management. He holds a degree in Economics with a specialization in Accounting (2011) and possesses diverse practical experience in accounting, treasury management, cash flow management, and cost accounting.
He has extensive professional experience in financial management, accounting, treasury management, cash flow management, and cost accounting. He holds a degree in Economics with a specialization in Accounting and has practical experience in preparing financial reports, managing liquidity and budgets, controlling costs and inventory, and managing payroll and expenses. This contributes to enhancing financial efficiency and supporting administrative and strategic decision-making.
He is also experienced in using specialized accounting systems and software, along with strong skills in analyzing financial data, organizing accounting processes, and financial control.
Mr. Hossam Haidar
Legal Consultant Attorney Hossam Louay Haidar is one of the founders of Emaar Legal Firm since 2017. He holds a Master's degree in Criminal Law and is currently pursuing a PhD at Damascus University with a dissertation titled "Criminal Protection of Banking Transactions."
He possesses over 14 years of legal experience in the financial, banking, and commercial sectors. He currently serves as a legal consultant to several banks, exchange and money transfer companies, and internet service providers.
Mr. Ahmad Qanbar
Media director of Glory Holding Group, he is a certified media activist specializing in strategic media content planning, certified by Al Jazeera Media Center. He is also the founder of Kazlak Media Services Agency. Qanbar oversees the marketing and visual content for all of the group's projects with a creative and unique approach.
